1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of getriverfront.com (the "Site"), operated by Dravya Technologies Limited, a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre ("Dravya," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms govern use of the Site itself. They do not govern the delivery of Riverfront's testing services, which, if you engage us, will be set out in a separate signed agreement between you and Dravya.

2. What the Site is

The Site describes Riverfront, Dravya's independent behavioral testing and validation service for AI agents, and allows visitors to learn about the product and request a pilot. Browsing the Site or submitting a form does not, by itself, create a client relationship, a services agreement, or any obligation on either side beyond what is stated here.

3. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, layout, graphics, the "Rf" mark, the Riverfront wordmark, and all other content, is owned by Dravya or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print content from the Site for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of Riverfront. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site by automated means, except standard search engine indexing
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, or introduce malware or other harmful code
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting a form or contacting us

5. No professional advice

Riverfront is one layer of a compliance program. Content on this Site, including material referencing the EU AI Act, UAE PDPL, GDPR, ISO/IEC 42001, CBUAE guidance, or any other regulatory framework, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional familiar with your specific circumstances. You should not rely on the Site's content as the basis for any compliance, legal, or business decision.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control, such as a scheduling tool for booking a pilot conversation. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites, and linking to them does not imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee about the outcome of any future engagement with Riverfront.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dravya will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
